Welcome to Family Support 360!

Families who have children with developmental disabilities in Wisconsin have said that one of the most needed supports is someone who can help them navigate, problem-solve, and coordinate access to supports and services for their child with disabilities. Family Support 360 worked with families in the South Madison, Allied Drive, and surrounding communities to improve access to and responsiveness of long-term and family supports.

Family Support 360 was a 5-year project funded by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities and located at the Harambee Center, in collaboration with the Waisman Center, Exchange Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Dane County Human Services, and the Department of Health Services.
