Trainee/Student Registration Form

This form is to be completed for all trainees/students who have any affiliation through their training at the Waisman Center with any aspect of the UCEDD. Students/trainees do not have to attend Orientation to register as a trainee. This can occur at any time during the year.

Waisman Center Learning Opportunities:

  • John D. Wiley Seminar Series

    This is a lecture series that occurs at noon on most Fridays during the academic year. The series features research presentations by invited investigators from around the nation.

  • UCEDD Community Training Calendar

    A listing of community training events that will be conducted or co-sponsored by the Waisman Center UCEDD.

  • Community Outreach Wisconsin/Training and Consultation

    Training and Consultation offers learning opportunities for caregivers, support brokers/case managers, consumers, families, program administrators/supervisors and anyone interested in learning more about related topics in the field of Developmental Disabilities. Built on a training model implemented in Dane County, trainings range from regional workshops to statewide conferences.

  • A network of interdisciplinary centers advancing policy and practice for and with individuals with developmental and other disabilities, their families, and communities.
